摘要
在群体性事件的处置中通常有刚性处置策略和柔性处置策略。柔性化的处置方式突出表现在它不依靠外力,而是通过利益双方或者多方对话、交流来达成共识来解决群体性事件发生的根源问题,对于维护社会的长治久安能产生深远的社会影响。
Among the strategies of collective conflicts management,there are usually rigid policies and flexible policies.Flexible one does not rely on external forces,but rather address the root causes of the incidents by exchanging with the party interested,multi-level people to reach a consensus.Without doubt,the strategy is significant for the maintenance of social order.
