案件发生后,由于现场所处的环境、地点不同可能受到自然和人为等原因的破坏,使现场发生不同程度变动。因此,第一批到达现场的派出所民警和先期到达现场的人员,应当采取相应的保护措施,开展有效临场处置工作。组织一定的人力及时保护好现场,便于维护好现场秩序,给勘查工作创造良好环境,为下一步现场勘查创造良好条件。

Case scene,due to different site environment and places,might change by natural and man-made damage.Therefore police officers and staff who first arrive at the scene should take appropriate protective measures to disposal the scene and try to protect the scene.In this way,there would be a good order at the scene,which provides a good environment for the following investigation.
