摘要 目的:探讨MIPPO技术治疗胫骨干多段骨折的效果。方法:20例胫骨干多段骨折患者采取MIPPO技术结合锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果:20例患者全部获得了随访,时间10~35月,平均21月,按照Johner-Wruhs评分标准:优13例,良6例,可1例,差0例,优良率95%。结论:采取MIPPO技术结合锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨干多段骨折具有创伤小、固定可靠、并发症少、临床效果满意等优点,是治疗胫骨干多段骨折的一种良好方法。 Objective To explore the efficacy of MIPPO technology for multi-fragment tibial shaft fracture.Methods Twenty cases with multi-fragment tibial shaft fracture were treated by MIPPO technology and locking compression plate internal fixation.Results All 20 cases were followed up for 10~35 months(mean 21 months).According to Johner-Wruhs’s functional grading system,the efficacy of 13 cases were excellentm,6 cases were good,one case was fair,no case was poor,the ratio of excellent and good efficacy was 95%.Conclusion MIPPO technology and locking compression plate internal fixation for multi-fragment tibial shaft fracture showed little invasive,stable internal fixation,less complication and excellent clinical outcomes.It is a good method for the treatment of multi-fragment tibial shaft fracture.
