农村教师专业信念的调查研究——以粤西农村地区为个案

An Investigation on Teachers’ Professional Beliefs in Rural Areas——a case study on western rural areas of Guangdong Province

教师的专业信念是教师专业发展的基本内容和重要标志,了解教师的专业信念对有效促进教师专业发展和教师教育改革具有重要意义。对粤西农村教师的专业信念状况调查的结果表明,农村教师专业信念的状况并不理想,需要从增强社会支持、激发内部动力、加强专业引领、实践反思等方面着手提升教师的专业信念。
