摘要
目的:寻找治疗颈性眩晕的有效方法。方法:将83例患者随机分成治疗组(43例)和对照组(40例),治疗组采用穴位注射654-2注射液(盐酸消旋山莨菪碱注射液)配合刮痧疗法治疗,对照组单纯采用药物治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:穴位注射654-2注射液配合刮痧疗法是治疗颈性眩晕的有效方法。
Objective:To find an effective treatment method of cervical vertigo.Methods:83 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(43 cases) and control group(40cases),treatment group with point injection 654-2 Injection(hydrochloric acid DL anisodamine injection) with the scraping therapy,the control group were used drug therapy were observed in patients with treatment were compared.Results:The efficacy of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupoint-injecticg the 654-2 ingeetion combined with scrappiy is the effective method of treaticy cervical vertigo.
