针刀闭合松解术配合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Study of the Needle Scalpel Close Loosening Therapy Combined with Manual Therapy in the Treatment of the Radicular Cervical Spondylosis

目的:观察针刀闭合松解术配合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将86例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,观察组54例,对照组32例。观察组给予针刀闭合松解术配合手法治疗,对照组予以针灸治疗,分别治疗两个疗程后判定疗效,对两组患者治疗前后临床疗效和影像学进行分析。结果:观察组有效率为98.1%,对照组有效率78.1%,两组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05),观察组在改善颈椎生理曲度、纠正棘突偏歪和改善椎间隙的宽窄度方面也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀闭合松解术配合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,是临床治疗神经根型颈椎病一种可行、有效的方法。

Objective:To assess the clinical effect of the needle scalpel close loosening therapy combined with manual therapy in the treatment of the radicular cervical spondylosis.Methods:86 patients with radicular cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups randomly,54 patients in the observation group undergoing the needle scalpel close loosening therapy combined with manual therapy,the other 32 patients in the contrast group only undergoing acupuncture treatment.After 2 periods of treatment respectively,clinical outcomes and X-ray photographs were studied.Results:The overall effectiveness of the observation group is 96.3% while that of the contrast group is 78.1%.The treatment effects in the two groups vary greatly(P<0.05);and the observation group is apparently better than the contrast group in improving the physiologic flexure degree of cervical vertebra and the width of intervertebral space and in correcting the crooked/slanted spinous process of cervical vertebra(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy by using the the needle scalpel close loosening therapy combined with manual therapy has apparent treatment effects and is a feasible and effective method in the treatment of the radicular cervical spondylosis.
