电鍉丛针结合认知训练治疗轻度认知功能障碍 被引量:18

Observation of Effect of Cluster Needing of Electro-'di'Acupuncture Combination of Cognitive Training in Acupuncture Treatment of Mild Cognitive Impairment

摘要 目的:探讨电鍉丛针结合认知训练治疗轻度认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入病例标准的60例轻度认知功能障碍患者,根据随机原则,将其分成两组:电鍉丛针结合认知训练组(观察组)与认知训练组(对照组),观察组30例采用电鍉丛针刺激额区及右侧颞区,同时进行认知训练。对照组30例采取单纯的认知训练。两组治疗时间均为30 min,每日1次,每周6天,休息1天,连续观察8周。结果:观察组有效率86.2%,对照组有效率67.9%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:电鍉丛针结合认知训练治疗轻度认知功能障碍具有较好的临床疗效,且克服了针刺疼痛及有创伤的问题,适于在临床推广应用。 Objective:To talk about the effect of cluster needing of electro-’di’acupuncture combination of cognitive training in acupuncture treatment of mild cognitive impairment.Methods:The sixty cases with mild cognitive impairment who met the case standard were randomly divided into two groups: The group of cluster needing of electro-’di’acupuncture combination of cognitive training(Observer Group)and the group of cognitive training(Control Group).The observer group of 30 cases were treated with cluster needing of electro-’di’acupunctureexcite frontal area and the right side of temporal region and at the same time adopted cognitive training.The control group of 30 cases were treated with simple cognitive training.The treatment time of the two group were 30 minutes,once a day,six days every week,rested one day.Continuous observation of 8 weeks.Results:The effective rate of the observer group was 86.2%.The effective rate of the control group was 67.9%.There was asignificant difference between the two groups(P<0.01)so they had comparability.Conclusion:Cluster needing of electro-’di’acupuncture combination of cognitive training in acupuncture treatment of mild cognitive impairment had the better effection and overcome the problome of ache of prickling and hurting.It was suited for clinical application.
