中医外治法防治肺系疾病的临床疗效及展望

Clinical Curative Effect and Prospect of Topical Treatments of TCM on Prevention and Controlling of Pulmonary Diseases

肺系疾病是临床常见病、多发病,本类疾病难以根治且易反复发作,给社会和家庭带来沉重负担。中医外治法特别在防治慢性肺系疾病方面积累了丰富的经验,本文从穴位敷贴、穴位注射、针刺拔罐、穴位埋线、雾化吸入、艾灸等中医外治疗法防治慢性肺系疾病进行综述,经比较得出穴位敷贴疗法具有经济、简便、安全、有效、患者易于接受等优点,在防治肺系疾病中具有较强的优势。

Pulmonary diseases are common in clinic.As we known,it’s difficult to cure pulmonary diseases for theirs outbreak again and again-occurring disease,which add burden to the society and family.Topical treatments of TCM were rich in prevention and controlling of pulmonary diseases.This article give the summarize of topical treatments of TCM for pulmonary diseases from the standpoint of acupoint dressing therapy,point injection,acupuncture and cupping,point of buried line,aerosolized,moxibustion therapy.It conclude that the acupoint dressing therapy play an important role in prevention and controlling of chronic pulmonary disease because of simple,safe,economic and effective,acceptable.
