针灸“足三里”及“关元”对大鼠皮肤光老化的防护作用

Protective Effects of Acupuncture on Zusanli and Guanyuan to the Rat's Photoaging Skin

目的:探讨针灸"足三里"及"关元"穴抗皮肤光老化的作用机制。方法:30只健康雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和针灸组;模型组和针灸组在紫外光疗仪灯正下方的1 m处照射10 min,每天1次,连续照射60天,建立光老化模型,其中针灸组在照射前0.5 h进行针灸,第61天检测皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量。结果:针灸"足三里"和"关元"穴能使光老化模型大鼠皮肤组织中的SOD活性、CAT活性升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA含量降低(P<0.01)。结论:针灸足三里及关元穴能拮抗紫外诱导的皮肤光老化。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture Zusanli and Guanyuan on Photoageing rats and its mechanism.Methods:The Wistar rats were randonly allocated to blank control group,model control group and acupuncture group.The model control group and acupuncture group were fixed and exposed to ultraviolet A and ultraviolet B for 60 days(10min a day)successively,at the same time,the rats in acupuncture group were acupunctured in Zusanli and Guanyuan.In the 61st day,the activity of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) and Catalase(CAT),as well as the content of Malon Dialdehyde(MDA) on cutaneous tissue Photoageing rats of were observed.Results:Acupuncture on Zusanli and Guanyuan could heighten SOD and CAT activity(P<0.05 or P<0.01),decrease dermal MDA conten(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncturing Zusanli and Guanyuan has the protective effect on the skin of the Photoageing rats.
