臂丛阻滞、推拿手法松解结合穴位注射治疗肩周炎疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of the Brachial Plexus Blocking Therapy and the Massage Technique Therapy and the Meridians Injection Therapy Combined to Treat Periarthritis

目的:探寻治疗肩周炎的既节省患者时间又节省医疗资源的最佳治疗方法。方法:将123例患者随机分成3组,观察组采用臂丛神经阻滞术和穴位注射结合推拿手法治疗42例;对照1组设为针灸治疗组,取体针和耳穴贴压结合的方法治疗41例;对照2组采用内服药物和局部痛点封闭疗法结合治疗40例。结果:观察组总有效率100%、愈显率97.6%优于对照1组的90.2%、73.1%和对照2组的67.5%、42.5%(P(0.05)。结论:臂丛阻滞、推拿手法松解和穴位注射结合治疗冻结肩疗效好,是一种既节省患者就医时间,又节省医疗资源的良好方法。

Objective:To search for an effective method for treatment of frozen shoulder,it can make patients receiing,save patient’s time useing for treated,save medical resources.Methods:One hundred and twenty-three cases were randomly divided into an observation group(42 cases),a control group 1(41 cases) and a control group 2(40 cases).The observation group were treated by Brachial plexus blocking therapy and Massage technique therapy and Meridians injection therapy combined.The control group 1 were treated by acupuncture and auricular application method combined.The control group 2 were treated with oral administration medicine and MTRP close therapeutics combined.Results:The total effective rate of 100%and the show efficiency are 97.6% in the observation group were better than 90.2%,73.1% in the control group 1 and 67.5%and 42.50%in the control group 2(P﹤0.05);the VAS scores after the first treatment,after one therapeutic course for a week,after the second therapeutic course for a week,after the third therapeutic course for a week,and a month later all the treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the two control groups(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Brachial plexus blocking therapy and the Massage technique therapy and the Meridians injection therapy combined to treat Frozen shoulder is a good efficacy therapy,it can save patient’s time useing for treated,save medical resources.
