Therapeutic Effect of Rough Needle on Du longitude about 43 Cases Acne Vulgaris

目的:探讨粗针疗法治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:采用硬币法随机分组,治疗组43例,对照组43例,治疗组采用粗针沿督脉由陶道透刺至阳穴为主结合常规针刺法,对照组采用传统的常规针灸方法,观察治疗组与对照组的疗效。结果:3个疗程后治疗组痊愈率72.09%,对照组痊愈率34.88%,经统计学分析,P<0.05,治疗组疗效与对照组疗效比较差异有显著性意义。结论:粗针通督疗法治疗寻常性痤疮取得较好的临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of rough needle on Du longitude in the treatment of acne vulgaris.To find the best methods of acupuncture in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:Through a randomized coin methods,the treatment groups(43 cases) were performed with rough needle and traditional acupuncture.Control groups(43 cases) were performed with traditional acupuncture methods.Result:The cure rate was 72.09% in the treatment groups and 34.88% in control groups.There was significant difference in the cured rate between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rough needle can obviously increase the cured rate for treatment of acne vulgaris.
