Comparative Analysis of Needling Techniques of Cangguitanxue in Ming Dynasty

对明代医家徐凤、汪机和李梴苍龟探穴针法的操作要领及特色进行了系统的整理和对比分析,认为徐凤针法的主要特色是在穴位浅部进行"一退三进"的钻剔,汪机的一种操作是在穴位浅层进行各个方向的探刺,并结合大幅度的提插和捻转,另一种操作是在穴位各部"三进一退"后,重点在深部(地部)进行盘剔,而李梴是在穴位的浅部的每个方向均行"三进四剔",总结出苍龟探穴针法的操作关键点应为"钻"和"剔"的操作,而现代医家均缺少"剔"的操作,并没有保持古代针法的原貌。应该进行全面的整理和分析,在全面继承的基础上,发扬古代针法的优点和精华,并紧密结合现代针灸临床实际,对古代针法进行规范化研究,增加可操作性,这是古代针法研究的正确思路和方法。

This thesis systematically arranges and contrastively analyzes main points of manipulating and peculiarities on Xufeng,Wangji,and Lidan setting up techniques of needling of cangguitanxue in Ming dynasty.Main feature of Xufeng’s techniques of needling is called 'one withdraw three enter' zuanti in superficial layer of acupoint.One of manipulating method of Wangji’s is acupuncturing acupoint in superficial layer from all directions and is combining ticha and nianzhuan in wide-bound.The other kind of manipulating method of Wangji’s is that panti in deep part importantly after 'three enter one withdraw' in all parts of acupoint.Lidan’s is 'three enter four ti' in superficial layer of acupoint from every direction.In a word,the key of cangguitanxue is 'zuan' and 'ti'.However manipulating of modern doctor is short of 'ti' and not remains essence of ancient doctor.On ancient techniques of needling,we should deeply analyze and debate basic intention and quintessence of ancient doctor.To remain the main points of the ancient doctor,and make it easier for modern doctors to use.This is the correct thinking and method of research.
