薄氏腹穴皮下浅刺配合落枕穴针刺治疗落枕

A Clinical Observation on Treating Stiff Neck by the Combination of Superficial Needling at Bo's Abdominal Acupoints and Laozhen Point

目的:观察薄氏腹穴商曲皮下浅刺配合针刺落枕穴治疗落枕的疗效。方法:78例落枕患者随机分为2组,A组治以落枕穴针刺,B组在针刺落枕穴基础上,再配合薄氏腹穴商曲穴皮下浅刺。观察首次治疗和5次治疗后的疗效,比较治疗前、首次治疗后、5次治疗后局部疼痛、强直的程度变化,并记录针刺过程中患者的不适和可能的针刺意外。结果:薄氏腹穴配合落枕穴针刺,首次治疗后疼痛程度、强直程度、治疗效果均优于单纯落枕穴针刺(P<0.01);5次治疗后,B组强直程度的降低大于A组(P<0.05),其余指标的组间比较则没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。患者针刺不适和针刺可能的意外,两组之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:薄氏腹穴商曲皮下浅刺配合针刺落枕穴能迅速缓解落枕患者局部疼痛和强直,且没有特殊的不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of treating stiff neck with the combination of needling at Bo’s Abdominal Acupoints Shangqu(KI17) and Yindu(KI19) and Laozhen(EX-UE8).Methods:Seventy-eight Stiffen Neck patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in group A received the treatment of needling at EX-UE8,while patients in group B not only treated by using needling at Bo’s Abdominal Acupoints,but also by needling were needled superficially from KI17 to KI19 besides that of group A.The efficacy and the local pain and stiff of the 2 groups before and after the 1st time and the 5th time treatments were compared.And the untoward effects during the treatment were recorded,too.Results:After the 1st time of treatment,the efficacy,pain and stiff in group B were better than that of group A(P0.05).Conclusion:Superficially needling from KI17 to KI19,combined with needling at EX-UE8,could reduce the local pain and stiff of Stiff Neck patients,and did not produce any obvious untoward effects.
