利奈唑胺治疗儿童社区获得性金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of linezolid in the treatment of community-acquired Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia in children

目的分析儿童社区获得性金葡菌肺炎应用利奈唑胺治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2008年1月1日—2009年3月1日在青岛大学医学院附属医院儿科及青岛市儿童医院诊断并住院治疗的社区获得性金葡菌肺炎患儿22例为研究对象,通过对住院天数、体温变化、肺部影像学改变以及实验室指标的变化进行分析,判断其临床效果。结果患儿的体温开始下降时间为(1.8±0.4)d,体温恢复正常的时间为(2.7±1.7)d,住院时间为(13.0±2.3)d,外周血白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和红细胞沉降率(ESR)恢复正常的时间分别为(8.29±2.81)d、(13.29±2.77)d和(13.14±3.72)d,总有效率100%,不良反应发生率4.6%。结论利奈唑胺治疗儿童社区获得性金葡菌肺炎效果可靠。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of linezolid in the treatment of community-acquired Staphylococcus aureus (CA-SA) pneumonia in children.Methods Twenty-two cases of CA-SA pneumonia in children were diagnosed in Department of Pediatrics,Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical School,and Qingdao Children′s Hospital from January 1,2008 to March 1,2009.Clinical data such as hospital stay,body temperature,radiology,microbiology and peripheral white blood cell (WBC),C-reactive protein (CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) indices were evaluated.Results The average hospital stay was 13.0± 2.26 days.Body temperature returned to normal within 2.7 ± 1.7 days.WBC,CRP,ESR resumed normal within 8.29±2.81,13.29±2.77,and 13.14±3.72 days,respectively.The overall response rate was 100%.The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.6%.Conclusions Linezolid shows reliable efficacy in the treatment of CA-SA pneumonia in children.
