CT引导配合超氧刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的应用

Superoxide knife therapy in herniated disk guided by CT

目的:探讨CT定位配合超氧刀治疗腰椎间盘突出的正确方法及应用。方法:对腰腿疼痛症状较明显的腰椎间盘突出患者,在CT的引导下准确定位,经皮穿刺行超氧刀治疗。结果:20例腰椎间盘突出患者共计30个腰椎间盘,在CT准确的引导下成功地完成超氧刀治疗。结论:使用CT引导超氧刀治疗腰椎间盘突出,可准确确定突出位置,方便选定体表进针点、准确测出进针角度及深度,术中可实时观察臭氧在椎间盘的弥散情况,判断预期疗效。

Objective:To investigate the right approach and application of CT guidance of superoxide knife in the treatment of herniated disk.Methods:The herniated disk patients were treated whith obvious pain in their leggs and lumbar,accurate positioning under CT guidance,percutaneous line superoxide knife.Results:20 cases with herniated disk total 30 lumbar disc were successfully achieved the peroxide knife,under the guidance of CT.Conclusion:The use of CT guidance of superoxide knife in treatment of herniated disk,we can accurately determine the prominent position for easy entrance point in body surface and detect the angle and depth of the needle,real time observe the dispersion of ozone in the disc intraoperative and judge the effection expected.
