外来儿童基础疫苗接种现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis to the vaccination of foreign children

目的:了解管辖社区外来儿童疫苗接种现状,评估工作开展情况,探索行之有效的流动人口计划免疫管理策略与服务模式。方法:对辖区内1～3周岁外来儿童基础免疫接种情况进行调查登记及汇总分析。结果:计划免疫建证率为100%,基础疫苗接种率分别为脊髓灰质炎疫苗100%、百白破疫苗100%、麻疹疫苗100%、乙肝疫苗100%,明显高于相关报道。结论:针对流动儿童计划免疫所采取的措施成效显著,值得推广借鉴。

Objective:To study the current situation of vaccination of foreign children in our community,assess the efforts and carried out the effective management of floating population immunization strategy and service model.Methods:Investigated and registered the based immunization of children from outside and 1-3 years of age in our community,then sum marized and analyzed.Results:Building in planned immunization rate was 100%,based on vaccination rates were 100% for the polio vaccine,DPT vaccine,measles vaccine and the hepatitis B vaccine,higher than the relevant reports.Conclusion:The method for planned immunization of transient population in children is efficient and worthy refer.
