摘要 目的:探讨椎间盘镜手术联合术区注射医用生物蛋白胶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:84例经CT或MRI检查确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者采用椎间盘镜联合术区注射生物蛋白胶进行治疗,并对其疗效进行观察分析。结果:本组84例患者经6~24个月随访,根据改良MacNab评定标准,优46例,良34例,优良率为95.2%。结论:椎间盘镜手术联合术区注射医用生物蛋白胶是一种安全、有效的治疗腰椎间盘突出症微创手术,具有脊柱后柱损伤小、恢复快、疗效佳等优点。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of diskoscopy assisted with Fibrin Glue Injection at operation area in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods:84 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation,who were diagnosed by CT scanning or MRI,were treated with diskoscopy assisted with Fibrin Glue Injection at operation area.The clinical outcomes of all pa tients were evaluated.Results:All the patients were followed-up,with the duration of 6-24 months.Based on modified MacNab evaluation criterion,the total successful rate was 95.2% with 46 cases of excellent,34 cases of satisfactory.Conclusion:Diskoscopy assisted with Fibrin Glue Injection at operation area is an safe and effective minimally invasive surgery in treating lumbar disc herniation.The advantages are minimal trauma in posterior column of spinal cord,shorter recover duration and excellent curative effect.
