摘要
外翼纵墙系统是某型飞机外翼的主承力系统,只有全面评价该系统的耐久性,才能合理真实地给出外翼的经济寿命。通过对纵墙关键部位的细节分析与有限元计算,筛选出对纵墙系统耐久性损伤有明显影响的细节,进行模拟试件的耐久性试验,建立描述纵墙系统关键部位细节原始疲劳质量的EIFS(equivalent initial flaw size)分布,分别对实际载荷历程下全尺寸结构疲劳试验机与随机谱下机群进行纵墙系统的耐久性综合评定。针对结构系统建立的耐久性综合评估方法在该型飞机定延寿中成功地得到应用,合理地解释试验机在全尺寸结构疲劳试验过程中出现裂纹故障的原因,并对机群外翼的经济寿命进行预测。
