摘要
将多柔体动力学方法引入到曲轴计算中,建立发动机曲轴轴系的动力学仿真模型,对曲轴轴系进行刚柔耦合多体运动学和动力学仿真,为下一步疲劳寿命计算提供可靠的载荷条件;然后,从曲轴所受的载荷中找出三个载荷比较大的时刻,计算得到其相应时刻的应力和应变分布规律,找出曲轴受力的危险部位,为曲轴的动态强度分析提供数据;最后,结合Ansys有限元分析软件和柯顿-多兰(Certon-Dolan)理论,估算连杆疲劳寿命,同时分析多级载荷加载次序对疲劳寿命的影响,为零部件的主动寿命设计提供参考数据和理论判据。
