摘要
综合考虑多种材料体系中应力比R和应力集中系数Kt对材料疲劳极限σD值的影响,提出估算金属材料σD值的四参数经验公式,并对其进行验证和分析。结果表明,该式适用于不同R和Kt条件下的铝合金、结构钢和钛合金,且精度较高,使用方便。
A four-parameter empirical equation to estimate fatigue limit σD of metal materials was proposed and verified.The equation can take account of the effects of stress ratio R and stress concentration factor Kt on the fatigue limit.For many aluminum alloys,structure steels and titanium alloys,the results predicted by the equation agree well with those obtained by the tests.The proposed equation is universal for materials examined hence simple and easy to use,yet still predicts fatigue limits with reasonable ac...
