摘要
唐宋时期,城市商业经济有了一定程度的发展,此时的房产租赁业也活跃起来。除了民间商业行为,政府也积极参与房产租赁活动。梳理史料可以确定一些参与公房出租的政府机构名单。根据经营管理体制的不同,公房出租可分为直管房出租和自管房出租。政府管理的直管房产为租赁市场提供了充足的房源,其所得的租金也有效补充了政府财政收入。自管房产由学校或寺院进行出租,所得租金收入归学校和寺院所用,满足他们的日常开支。
