摘要
针对某型运输机编队灯严重的积水和腐蚀问题,分析了其原因和危害性,提出了胶体密封剂与道轨式密封带相结合的密封防水改进方案,并在O形密封圈的基础上研制出了Ω形密封带,采用"淋雨+浸渍+高低温"的环境模拟试验方法对不同的密封防水措施进行了试验验证。结果表明,"Ω形密封带+JMF–01型胶体密封剂"的改进方案有效,适用于解决编队灯的积水问题。
The cause and harm of serious seeper and corrosion problems existing in the formation lights on a certain transport plane were analyzed.The combining seal waterproof improved technique using colloidal sealant and sliding rail seal tape was put forward,and the Ω-shape seal tape on the basis of O-shape seal ring was developed.Then the environmental simulation experimentation of 'raining + steeping +high and low temperature cycle' was adopted to validate the different seal waterproof measures.The experimental ...
