摘要
宝钢1号高炉大修后采用了一系列新技术新工艺,体现了长寿、高效、节能、环保的现代高炉设计理念,反映了当前钢铁行业可持续发展的方向。主要介绍了1号高炉(3代)长寿设计、高炉铜冷却壁技术、并罐无料钟装料工艺、煤气干式除尘工艺和新因巴法渣处理技术以及三电控制系统的改进。
A series of new technologies were adopted in Baosteel No.1 blast furnace after the overhaul.
