摘要
针对焦炉炭化室现有炉门内衬存在的使用寿命短、维修量大、结石墨严重、保温性能差等问题,宝钢开发了莫来石—堇青石质浇注料,该材料具有优异的抗热震性、较高的强度和较低的导热性能,更加适合炉门应用的工况条件;同时开发了适合炉门浇注料的耐高温涂釉材料,经过涂覆烧成等工艺制成表面涂釉的莫来石—堇青石质预制块,经设计得到结构简单的整体炉门内衬,组装成整体结构炉门,取得了很好的应用效果。实践表明,表面经过涂釉的整体结构炉门的应用是今后大型焦炉发展方向。
In order to solve the problems of short campaign life,heavy maintenance work,severe graphite adhesion,poor thermal insulating property of the coke oven carbonization chamber door inner liner,Baosteel developed a new type of mullite-cordierite castable.
