摘要
实验采用累积给药法,以偏钒酸钠(NaVO3)注射蟾蜍背部淋巴囊,通过血液循环,观察O-160 umol·l-1的NaVO3对心室舒张作用的影响。结果表明。各浓度的偏钒酸钠都不能改变蟾蜍心室舒张期室内压平均下降速率(P>0.05),也不能改变舒张期室内最低压(P>0.05).
The experiment adopts the methods of accumulating medicine by way of injecting NaVO3 into the lymph in the back of toad. Through observing influence of NaVO3 of 0-160 on blood circulation of toad's ventricle diastde, the result shows that NaVO3 of various concentrations can't change the rate of average reducing speed of ventricle pressure during the ventricle's diastole, and it also can't change the lowest pressure of diastole.
