说服是思想工作中帮助对方产生自发的意志，积极主动与自我达成一致的过程。本文就这一 过程所要遵循的基本原则和主要方法作一些阐述。
How to achieve the goal of persuading others ?On ly simple persuasion is not definitely enough,its basic principle should be atte ntive to be followed, and its ways and methods should also be paid much attentio n to.The key to persuading others lies in helping the other side to produce the spontaneous will power and making him reach consistency with himself of his own accord.
