摘要
本文主要是通过测定绿茶、苦丁茶茶汁在酸碱溶液中变色时的 pH值 ,以及利用它们在酸碱滴定中作为酸碱指示剂的测定结果与酚酞、甲基橙作为指示剂时的结果对比 ,从而得出茶汁可以作为酸碱指示剂的代用品。
Based on the pHs of Juices of Green Tea's and Ku Ding Tea's changing colour in the solutions of Acid and Alkali and a comparison made on the measurement results between Tea Juices of Green Tea and Ku Ding Tea as Acid-base Indicator in Acid-base titration and phenolphthalein and methyl orange as Acid-base Indicator, the paper draws a conclusion that tea juice can be used as a substitute for Acid-base indicator.
