高龄低位直肠癌局部切除加放疗的保肛治疗

Local resection and radiotherapy of reserving anus in the elderly patients with low rectal cancer

目的 探讨局部切除+放射治疗高龄低位直肠癌患者的临床意义。方法 对23例因高龄不宜或不愿行Mile’s术的低位直肠癌患者,Duck’sA_1～B_2期,肿瘤范围在1/3周径内,做局部切除+放射治疗。结果 无手术死亡病例,有良好的保肛效果。结论 局部切除+放射治疗高龄低位直肠癌患者有一定临床意义。

Objective:To study the clinical signifacance of treating elderly patients with low rectal cancer by local resection and radiotherapy. Methods:23 cases of elderly patients with low rectal cancer of Duke's A1-B2, and these patients refused or unsuited the mile's operation and tumor range is with in 1/3 circle ring,were treat-ed by local resection and radiotherapy.Results:There weren't dead cases in the treatment and the operation had a good effect of reserving anus. Conclusion:Treating elderly patients with low rectal cancer by local resection and radiotherapy had certain clinical significance.
