摘要
西部地区非常广泛,内部的差异性十分突出,西部大开发也像当初东部的发展一样,走非均衡协调发展的道路,让有条件的地区优先发展.西部可优先发展地区是西部大开发的两个前沿地带.这两个前沿,一是与中东部接壤的西部的发达地区陕西、四川、重庆,特别是这一区域的中心城市西安、成都、重庆;二是具有对外开放优势的西南边疆云南和西北边疆新疆.西部大开发的这两个前沿地带,也是淘金者进入西部淘金的两大登陆点.
Western China has a very vast territory with very distinct regional differences. So, the west should follow the track of unequilberious coordinated development as the east did previously, i.e., giving priority to the development in the regions, where conditions are ripe, e.g., the relatively developed regions contiguous to the middle and eastern China, such as Shaanxi, Sichuan and Chongqing, especially the central cities in these regions, such as Xian, Chengdu, Chongqing and the frontier areas, such as Yunnan in the southwest and Xinjiang in the northwest, where the advantage of opening to the outside world is obvious due to the booming border trade.
