Since China is about to enter WTO, western China will inevitably face fierce competition and serious challenge in the process of developing the West. To date, western China is stepping up its efforts in opening its market according to the operational rules of market economy initiated by WTO. It is impossible to avoid the impact brought about by various forms of foreign capital, foreign business mode, foreign culture and value concept. The westerners who live from generation to generation in this environment, where the natural economy and conservative traditional farming culture prevail are going through the great change in the field of ideological concept and the way they live their lives.
