上流式厌氧污泥床滤层反应器处理鸡粪混合液离心出水

CENTRIFUGAL EFFLUENT TREATMENT OF CHICKEN MANURE MIXING LIQUID BY UBF REACTOR

本研究采用上流式厌氧污泥床滤层反应器对蛋鸡场鸡粪混合液离心出水进行处理,试验结果:在中温25℃,进水COD_(cr)18000mg/L和氨氮1600mg/L的条件下,COD_(cr)去除率74.08%,BOD_5去除率83.78%,水力停留时间26.15h,容积负荷15.60kg·COD_(cr)/m^3·d,产气率0.52m^3/去除km·COD_(cr).反应器运行状况良好.

Upflow anaerobic sludge blanket filter reactor (UBF) was applied to treat centrifugal effluent of chicken manure mixing liquid from laying hen farm in this study.The result of the experiment was as follows. Under the conditions of mesophilic temperature ( 25℃),influent COD_cr concentration 18000mg/l and ammonia nitrogen concentration 1600mg/l, the removal rate of COD_cr was 74.08%, that of BOD5 was 83.78%, hydrulic retention time was 26.15 hrs, volumetric loading rate was 15.60 kg·COD_cr/m3.d,and biogas production rate was 0.52m3/kg·COD_cr removed. Operation of the reactor was in a good state.
