田径全能各子项之间以及子项本身的技能与素质之间存在着相互联系和依赖又相互排斥和干扰的关系 ,致使全能项目的训练更为复杂 .因此 ,正确地理解与运用迁移规律可减少各项之间的消极干扰 ,促进技术技能的掌握和子项素质的发展 。

There exist relationships among events of all-round sports or between skill of each event and its quality in track and field sports,which connect and depend on each other,and repel and disturb one anothre,so that the traning for all-round aports becomes more complicated.Therefore,correctly comprehensing and applying the shifting law can reduce passive interfrence among the events,promote mastery of techinc skill and development of the quality,and make the arrangement of the training for each item in all-round sports more reasonabe.
