摘要
短跑运动生理负荷量与运动强度都较大 ,运动创伤也伴随着出现 ,运动员大腿肌肉拉伤的现象严重 .为减少或避免运动创伤出现 ,对短跑运动损伤的原因进行了分析 ,为预防运动损伤提供一定的理论依据 .
Physical load and intensification of sprinters are both relatively great. Then sports injury occurs with it,so does sprinter s' leg muscle injury. In order to reduce or avoid such injury,causes of such sprinters'injury are analysed so that certain theoretical references are provided for prevention of injury in sports.
