The Developing Trends of Higher Education in China in the New Century

从呈现国际化趋势的高教理念、培养目标、办学模式、网络教育和教学评估 5个背景和结构调整、社会需求、可持续性、科教兴国和人才战略的国内 5个战略要求背景入手 ,分析了我国高教面临的传统观念冲突、国际竞争压力、教育层次差距、农村教育滞后、高校布局重组、资源需求矛盾、扩大规模障碍、筹资体制改革等 8大挑战的现状 .提出了把握高教理念国际化、办学主体多元化、人力资源市场化、高校重组社会化和教学评估系统化等 5个态势的对策 .

On the basis of the five international trends of higher education ideas, training goal, mode of running universities and colleges, network education, teaching assessment and the five domestic strategies'demand of structure adjustments, social needs, sustainable development of science and education and talented personnel, this paper analyzes the present situation faced by higher education in our country, that is, the eight challenges--the interference of the traditional ideas, the international competition pressure, the difference of educational levels, the backwardness of education in the countryside, the realignment of colleges and universities, the contradictory of resources needs, impediment to enlarging scale and the reformation of the system of collecting funds. Then the countermeasures of mastering the international higher education ideas, the diversity of running universities and colleges, human resources marketability, the socialization of the combination of colleges and universities and the systematization of teaching assessment are put forward.
