摘要
进入 2 1世纪 ,我国将有许多高新技术项目要投资建设 ,要保证这些项目投产后能在我国国民经济中产生应有的经济效益 ,就必须做好高新技术投资项目的社会评价 .
In the 21st century lots of hi-tech projects will be invested and put into production in China.In order to ensure attaining expected economic benefit in national ecnomy after they are put into production,it is necessaty to make social assessment in the new hi-tech investment projects.This article analyzes the index system of social assessment of the new hi-tech investment projects.
