核糖核酸及其降解物对小鼠发育、免疫调节以及镇静催眠作用的影响 被引量:6

摘要 本研究以灌胃法分别以RNA及其降解物溶液饲养小鼠 ,比较观察了RNA及其降解物对小鼠生长发育、免疫调节和镇静催眠作用的影响 .实验发现 ,饲养RNA的小鼠的毛色、体重和睾丸较对照有明显的促进作用 ;饲养RNA降解物的小鼠对毛色有明显的促进作用 ,但对体重和睾丸增重不显著 ;RNA具有显著的镇静催眠作用 ,RNA降解物镇静催眠作用不显著 ;RNA及其降解物具有显著的免疫促进作用 ,RNA降解物在增强小鼠腹腔巨嗜细胞的吞噬功能和血清溶血素的溶血能力方面更优于RNA ,而在促进体内淋巴细胞转化方面 ,RNA显著增加淋巴母细胞数 ,RNA降解物的作用不显著 .以上试验结果证明 ,RNA促进小鼠的生长发育 ,显著提高免疫机能 ,具有显著的镇静催眠作用 ;RNA降解物对机体机能的影响与RNA不完全相同 ,提示RNA可能对机体有两种作用方式 :一是未经消化道酶解就通过某种途径起调节促进作用 ;二是通过肠道的消化吸收作为机体合成自身RNA的原料 ,促进个体生长发育和免疫机能的提高 . To understand the regulating functions and regulating methods of ribonucleic acid (RNA),we investigated its effects on the development,immunity,sedation and hypnogensises of mice by ig mice with RNA or ribonucleic acid degradation products(RNADP).The results were:1.RNA could promote mouse capill more polishly,and increase testicle weight remarkably;RNADP could also promote mouse capill more polishly,but couldn't markedly increase testicle weight;Body weight of mouse was not increased markedly neither in RNA group nor in RNADP group.2.RNA and RNADP had the function of enhancing immunity.RNADP was better than RNA in promoting the functions of phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage(PM) and hemolysis of blood serum hemolysin,but RNA was better than RNADP in promoting the transforming of lymphocyte in vivo. 3.RNA had the function of sedation and hypnogensis abservably,but RNADP hadn't.The conclusion is that RNA had remarkably the functions of promoting development,immunity,sedation and hypnogensis.The different regulating results between RNA and RNADP showed that RNA might not only be digested and absorbed in intestines as food,but also regulate the function of the body by act on the gastrointestinal tract before being digested.
