摘要
利用扫描电镜 ,对野生、半野生、栽培大豆的成熟种子表面结构进行了观察 ,不同进化类型的大豆种子表面结构有明显差异 ,可为大豆的系统进化研究提供依据 .
The seed epidermal morphology of wild,semiwild and cultivated soybean were studied by scanning electronic microscopy.The results indicated that the structures of seed epidermis had obvious diverse among species.It can provide new information for the study of taxology and evolution of soybean.
