摘要
研究了一类流形上的最短时间控制问题 ,证明了若从某一状态到另一状态存在系统的控制 。
Studies a kind of least time control problem on the two dimension Complete Boundless Riemann manifold,and proves that if there exists control from one state to another one,then there exists least time control.
