摘要
应用半自动化的系统表达筛选 ,研究了 2 4 0 0个爪蟾EST克隆在胚胎发育中的表达模式 ,从筛选出的 62 4个分化表达克隆中 。
In an semi-automated gene expression screen,2400 EST clones were analyzed by whole mount in situ hybridization in Xenopus embryos.There are 624 clones showing differentially expressed pattern,in which new members of synexpression group and new genes which regulate segmentation of Xenopus embryos were found.
