With a set of chips provided by“Phone-On-A-Chip IP Solution”presented by Lucent Company,an offline IP-Phone set used for speech communication on LAN is designed,which is of low-cost and high-quality sound.The circuit diagram and the detail flow chart of the IP-Phone set are given.
