摘要
在住宅建筑规划设计中 ,住宅日照必须满足日照标准的要求 ,而目前国内不少城市在计算正南朝向居住建筑的标准日照间距系数时 ,采用以建筑高度为计算因素 ,由此得出的数值未必都能满足日照标准的要求。根据建筑日照设计原理 ,就建筑日照设计中的日照间距系数、坡屋面建筑的建筑日照计算高度。
In process of the planning and design,the insolating of house buildings must by meet the insolating standard.But,many cities of out country now use the building height as the factor which is used in calculating the coefficient of the house buildings standard insolate interval which faced south.Actually,the results may not be ensured to meet the insolating standard.Based on the principle of house buildings insolating design,some problems such as the coefficient of the housebuildings insolate interval,the building height or the building's insolating design height of the slope-top building and the design value of cantilever length of house balcony are discussed.
