Creative Power Education and Teacher Roles Adaptation

创新教育是经济改革、全球化经济发展的必然产物和教育改革的必然趋势 ,教育价值观和功能观也发生空前深刻的裂变 ,由此也要求教师角色作出相应的调整 ,适应创新教育需要。在这新时期的改革转型期 ,教师角色适应性亦出现新的特点和趋势 ,本文拟从教师观念系统转换、可持续发展的能力系统转换、教师人格适应性新要求以及传统传授法的新特色几个方面探讨教师适应性问题 。

Creative power education is a necessary outcome of economic reform and development on the whole globe,and also the necessary trend of educational reform.Educational value and function concept also comes about great changes. All these ask teacher to adjust their roles to adapt to the necessary of creative education.In the new reform period, the problem of teacher roles adaptation and the new teaching conception in the adaptation also has some new characters and trend.This article will discuss the research by four aspects which are teacher concept symstem changing,the capacity symstem changing of continue development, the new requirement of teacher character adaptation and the new characters of traditional teaching methods.
