On the Educational Labor Union and the Political and Ideological Work of Young Teachers

市场经济条件下的高校青年教师思想政治工作的环境、任务、内容、渠道和对象的素质等各方面都发生了很大的变化。教育工会应把握新时期青年教师思想政治工作的时代特征,不断改进教育方式方法,引导青年教师树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,为振兴教育、培养社会主义事业的建设者和接班人发挥应有的作用。

Under the condition of market economy, in colleges and universities, many changes have taken place in doing political and ideological work, such as its surroundings, contents, the qualities of the young teachers and so on. The educational labor union should possess the characteristics of the times when doing the young teachers' political and ideological work, continue to improve the educational methods and lead the young teachers to take up a correct attitude toward the world,life and values. In order to vitalize the education, the educational labor union should play a necessary role in cultivating builders and successors of the socialism.
