摘要
具有划时代意义的世界《儿童权利公约》为世界儿童的生存、保护与发展制定了一套全面的国际法准则。文章系统地探讨了《儿童权利公约》产生的背景、制定的基本原则与特点 ,尤其是深入地分析了该《公约》
The world's 'Children Rights Treaty'which has epoch-making significance formulates a set of overall reguirements of international law for the world's children's existence,protection and development.The present thesis discusses systematically the background of the establishment of the 'Children Rights Treaty',the principles and characteristics of it's being formulated,particularly analyses deeply the achievements and disadvantages in the process of the Treatys application in China,and the direction of making efforts in future.
