试论清末改良与革命——纪念辛亥革命90周年

On the Reform and the Revolution at the End of Qing Dynasty——in Commemoration of the 90th Anniversary of the Revolution of 1911

本文针对近年来重新出现的肯定清末改良、否定辛亥革命的观点 ,从现代化的角度分析、评价清末改良 ,澄清理论误区 ,在新的视野上论证辛亥革命是历史发展的必然 ,它的彻底性在于突破了“适应性变迁”的重围 ,构建适应现代化需要的社会机制 ,是现代化的必由之路。

In these years, there appears again a point of view which approves the reform and negates the revolution of 1911 at the end of Qing Dynasty. This article attempts to analyze and revaluate the reform from the perspective of modernization, clarify the mistaken concepts, and argue that the Revolution of 1911 is the destined result of the History development. The thoroughness of the revolution lied in that it broke through the notion of adaptation, and set up a new social system --the only way for modernization.
