摘要
教师现代教育技术素养由理论素养、技能素养、情意素养和美学素养等四个基本要素组成 ,这四个要素在教师现代教育技术素养结构中所居地位、所具意义、所起作用各不相同。
The teachers′ modern educational technique is made up of four basic elements, which include the theory, the skills, the emotion, and the aesthetics of modern educational technique. Qccording to the different structure of the modern educational technique, the author divides it into three different levels, on the basis of which the author further puts forward four approaches. They are:strengthening the knowledge teaching to improve the theory; strengthening operation drills to improve the skill; combining theory with practice to develop the emotion; studying the easthetics, to develop the ability of appreciation.
