混凝土中钢筋腐蚀与防护的研究(英文)

摘要 The corrosion causes of rebar in concrete under corrosive environment are analyzed and discussed. It is mainly suffered from the penetration of corrosive species from environment in to the surface of rebar. Corrosion is initiated by penetration of chlorides and breakdown of passivation, and then propagated by crack of concrete induced by st ress from volume expansion of corrosion product of rebar in succession. Some eff ective countermeasures for corrosion prevention for reinforced concrete are brie fly specified and discussed. Finally, some important techniques commonly used or to be developed are also suggested. 讨论、分析了混凝土中钢筋在腐蚀性环境中的腐蚀问题。钢筋主要受环境中渗透的腐蚀性物质侵蚀 ,腐蚀开始于氯化物的渗入及钝化的破坏 ,然后随着钢筋腐蚀产物的体积膨胀 ,引起混凝土开裂 ,腐蚀进一步扩展。文中简述并讨论了一些混凝土中钢筋防腐蚀的有效措施 ,提出了一些通常采用的和研究开发中的技术。
