Learning From International Experience of Market-Oriented Interest Rate

全球利率市场化浪潮始自70年代,20多年来,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家或地区,都经历了一个从利率管制到利率自由化的过程。本文对近20年来,推行利率自由化的主要国家和地区做一个鸟瞰,并对其经验和教训做出总结。在此基础上,提出可供我国利率市场化的有益借鉴。

The trend of liberationizing the interest rate rose in the 70s'. In recent twenty years, both developed and developing countries have experienced a course from strict rate to free rate. This paper supplies a sketch for the experience of the main countries and on the basis of this it gives us some advice we can make use of.
