摘要
为了解上海理工大学健美操教学情况,以97、98、99级女生为研究对象,进行问卷调查,结果表明.健美操教学能提高学生的身体素质。陶冶学生的情操,但教师应加强有关理论知识的传授,教材的选择要新颖,要适合学生的口味。
With the purpose of getting some idea of the teaching of gymnastic at Shanghai university for science and technology, a survey was made among female students who entered this university in 1997, 1998 and 1999. As shown in the survey, gymnastic courses exert a favorable influence on both mental and physical health of the students; and teachers can improve their teaching. By giving more theoretical knowledge to students and choosing new teching materials which are to the students' taste:
