随着新世纪来临,中国加入WTO及研究生招生的迅速扩大,重新审视研究生英语教学十分紧迫和必要。本文对大纲设计、课程建设、分层次教学、教学手段、教学管理等五方面提出建议供同行们参考、讨论。以确保我校十五规划目标的圆满实现。

With the advent of the new century, China's entry into WTO and the expanding enrollment of postgraduate students, it is of urgent importance to reexamine the English teaching for posrgraduates. In this paper the author poses five issues for discussion and reference-including syllabus design, course building, multi - level teaching, methodology and management. Teachers in our division will see to it that the objectives the university sets us during the tenth five - year plan are attained.
